    Practice Fusion is looking for a talented Software Engineer - Intern who is passionate about all aspects of building for the web. Our cloud-based EHR client is an ambitious Ember app that is used by tens of thousands of health providers on a daily basis, supported by a custom component library add-on and an ember-cli build system. You enjoy taking on new development challenges across the stack, learning about different technologies, solving problems, and collaborating with others to build new and exciting web products and features. You’ll develop pixel-perfect web interfaces and interactive functionality using modern web technologies including HTML, LESS, ES6, Node.js, Ember.js

    • Building responsive layouts using semantic HTML
    • Write high quality, well-tested, readable and maintainable code
    • Collaborate with fellow developers, test engineers, designers, and product management
    • Deliver in a highly-agile, cross-functional Scrum environment




    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of responsive HTML/CSS and web technologies
    • Proficient at programming in JavaScript
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation


    Working Arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
